Receive complimentary ground shipping on your PlayBig Studios order. Offer only applies to an order shipped to a single address within the contiguous United States and Washington D.C. Additional charges apply for all other shipping options and destinations.
Additional fees apply for express or overnight shipping, where available. If expedited shipping is preferred, please note that on the order and we’ll contact you to arrange the best method.
Shipping Information
Each product includes shipping information for the product. We will make sure to get your order to you within the timeline provided on the product page. We do not ship on Sundays, or holidays. Please note: If additional information is needed from you a follow-up email will be sent and may delay shipping.
Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. For custom orders, a separate email with detailed information will be sent.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Damages
PlayBig Studios is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us and we’ll work to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
