At PlayBig Studios, we want you to love the products you receive from us. Which is why if you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can easily submit a request to return, replace, or exchange your order within 30 days from the day your order shipped.

Are there any products that cannot be returned?

Your right to return or cancel products does not apply to:

• Products that are made to measure or are made to your specification unless faulty.
• Products that have been clearly personalized unless faulty.
• Products which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. For example: Food, Drink, Flowers, etc.

Refunds

We will send you an email when your refund has been processed. Please note, returns take us 3-10 business days to process. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
